Meritrin Realty was started in June of 2002, with the goal of turning neighborhood eyesores into desired pieces of real estate. Initially, the company was established as a part-time venture and it wasn’t until 2005 did the company become a full-time venture for Founder, Ricardo W. Green. It was then that he realized that it was time to expand the activity of the company and recognize the opportunities that the Washington, DC metropolitan area presents.
To put it simple, We buy property, that's our business. We buy houses, condominiums, apartment buildings, land, and commercial properties. It is our goal to assist everyone that calls our office with the hopes of selling their real estate. We have a straight forward and honest approach and strive to make every transaction as seamless as possible. More importantly, we want all of the homeowners that call us to refer everyone they know to Meritrin Realty because of the outstanding service that they have received. Meritrin Realty and its project partners have been able to acquire, renovate, and sell millions of dollars worth of real estate in this region.
We further engage to assist first time homebuyers and others, who because of their current situations, may not be able to purchase property, make the transition back to home ownership through various home purchasing plans and banking relationships. We have also aligned with other companies to provide various consumer services for those with challenged credit or in need of debt elimination services.
